Order and Payment for Rental and Flame-Resistant Products

Ｑ レンタル備品の金額は、単日の料金ですか？ Ｑ Are rental equipments available for one-day or daily rental?
Ａ イベント会期中の金額です。
単日出展でも、両日出展であっても同額頂いております。		 Ａ No. Rental equipments are charged for the total duration of the event regardless of usage time or days rented. No daily rentals are available.
 
Ｑ レンタル備品の申込み・お支払先はどこですか？ Ｑ Where should I order rental equipments from and how do I transfer payment?

Ｑ 注文後・キャンセル後に確認の連絡はありますか？
 		 Ｑ Will you contact me directly after confirming order and cancel?
Ａ 注文・キャンセルに関しては、確認用の返信メールが配信されます。 Ａ Yes.We send a mail for confirmation to the customer of an order and cancellation.
 
Ｑ 入金（振込）後・カード決済後に確認の連絡はありますか？
 		 Ｑ Will you contact me directly after confirming paying transferring and credit card?
Ａ 銀行振込のお客様には、ご入金(振込)後に返信メールが配信されます。
カード決済のお客様には、カード決済終了後に返信メールは配信されません。
ご不明な点はご自身のカード会社か、レンタル備品までお問い合わせください。		 Ａ Yes.
Trensferring: After you transferred,we send a mail to you.
Credit card transaction: Even if pay by card is completed,a mail isn't sent to you.
When there is an unclear thing,please ask us whether it's a company of the credit card you covenant.
 
Ｑ 当日、レンタル備品のキャンセルはできますか？ Ｑ Can I cancel my order on the day I receive it?
Ａ ご注文済みのレンタル備品のキャンセルはお受けできません。ご了承ください。 Ａ No.Delivered supplies cannot be cancelled.
 
Ｑ 領収証の発行はできますか？ Ｑ Can you issue a receipt?
Ａ 発行しております。
ご希望の方は会期月迄にご依頼ください。
（例: 5月開催の場合は5月31日迄）
それ以降のご依頼は次回開催時でのご対応となります。		 Ａ Yes. If you are interested, please make a request by the month of the exhibition.
(Example: If held in May, until May 31)
Any requests after that will be handled at the next event.
 
Ｑ 防炎製品はレンタルではないのですか？ Ｑ Are flame resistant products available for rental?
Ａ ご購入いただく製品となっております。 Ａ No. flame resistant products are for purchase only.
 
Ｑ 防炎製品の申込み・お支払先はどこですか？ Ｑ Where should I order flame resistant products from and how do I transfer payment?

レンタル備品の受け取り・追加・返却について
Receipt, Re-order and Return for Rental Equipments

Ｑ レンタル備品はどこへ取りに行けば良いですか？ Ｑ Where can I receive my rental equipments?
Ａ 事前のお申し込み分は各ブース内に設置させていただきますので取りに来ていただく必要はありません。 Ａ If you order in advance of the event, the products will be already set up in your booth and you will not need to receive them by yourself.
 
Ｑ 防炎製品だけブースに設置されていません。 Ｑ What if I am unable to find the flame resistant products set up in my booth?
Ａ 防炎製品は販売物の為、レンタル備品カウンターでの
受け渡しにさせていただいております。		 Ａ As flame resistant products are for purchase only, please receive them at the rental counter.
 
Ｑ レンタル備品は当日会場で借りられますか？ Ｑ Can I rent your products at the venue on the day of the event?
Ａ 机・椅子・パーティション等は在庫がある限り当日レンタルを承っております。
当日レンタル備品に関しては、当日料金を申し受けさせていただきます。
何卒、ご了承ください。		 Ａ You may rent desks, chairs and partitions on the day of the event as long as we have them in stock.For the day of rental equipment, you will be charged a fee on the day. Please note.
 
Ｑ 使用した製品はどちらへ返却すればいいのでしょうか？ Ｑ Where should I return the rental equipments?
Ａ 備品の返却カウンターは設けておりませんのでブースに置いたままお帰りください。
使用されたピンや釘などはお持ち帰りください。		 Ａ There is no return counter at the venue, so please leave rental equipments at your booth.
Please remove any used pins or nails with you after the event concludes.
 
Ｑ 撤収作業は何時までできますか？ Ｑ At what time must I leave the venue after the event concludes?
Ａ 明確な時間の設定はしておりませんが、遅くとも20時までには撤収作業を完了させてください。 Ａ Please finish cleaning up and leave the venue no later than 20:00.

備品の使用方法について
Using Rental Equipments During the Event

Ｑ 壁面は画鋲が使えますか？ Ｑ May I use push pins (thumbtacks) on the wall?
Ａ 木工パネルの壁面には
釘・ビス・画鋲・両面テープが使えます。
ＰＷ-31パネルパーテーションの壁面は画鋲のみ
使用できます。		 Ａ Nails, screws, push pins and double-stick tape are permitted to be used on wood panels.Only push pins are permitted for Wall panel ＰＷ-31/Panel-partition.
 
Ｑ メッシュパネルは一枚で自立しますか？ Ｑ Do Wire mesh panels stand on their own?
Ａ 自立しません。
Ｌ字型になるように組み合わせてご利用ください。		 Ａ No. Please use Wire mesh panels by assembling them with an L-shape.
 
Ｑ 壁面に直接ペイントできますか？ Ｑ May I paint directly on the wall?
Ａ 木工パネルは水性塗料に限りパネルに直接ペイントしていただけます。ただし床を汚さないようにご注意ください。汚れが取れなくなった場合ビックサイトから清掃実費が請求されてしまいます。 Ａ You may paint directly on wood panels only with water based paint. Please make sure not to stain the floor of the venue. In case you are unable to remove stains from the floor, you may be assessed a cleaning cost from the venue owner (Big Sight).
 
Ｑ 木工パネル壁面の色と素材はどのようなものですか？ Ｑ What is the color and material of the wood panels?
Ａ 木工パネルの色は白と黒の２種類からお選びいただけます。
素材は加工紙をのりで貼ってあります。		 Ａ You may select from white or black.
Art paper is glued on to the wall.

Ｑ 会場にコンセントはありますか？ Ｑ Are there electric power sockets available in the venue?
Ａ 会場にはコンセントがありません。電源設備は
デザインフェスタオフィス運営事務局へお申込みください。		 Ａ No. If you need to power electric devices, please contact DESIGNFESTA office to order.
